There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on the watches, for manufacturers' defects ONLY. This does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage. We have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department, so we can easily determine manufacturers' defects from wear and tear .

Here are the options:

• Write us an email at stating the problem.
• Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please, provide your order number, and approximate date of purchase.
• You will receive a return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to the package when you send it to us. We will as well provide the address where you should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.

• All links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.
• Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date.
