Vacheron Constantin Opens Its First Store In the Middle East

The oldest Swiss brand Vacheron Constantin continues expanding its business by opening new stores in places where a lot of wealthy people can afford buying remarkable, though very expensive, Vacheron Constantin timepieces. In 2006 the company opened another exclusive store in Dubai. The opening took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The inauguration of the new Vacheron Constantin boutique took place on May 22. At this ceremony there were present the CEO of Vacheron Constantin, Mr. Juan-Carlos Torres, together with his partners and friends Abdul Aziz Al Fardan and Yasser Hassan Al Fardan. This store marked the 15th presence of Vacheron Constantin worldwide but it is the first one opened in the Middle East.

The opening marked the presence of various guests and journalists who adored the marvelous design of the store. It has an architectural style and its rooms are presented in a beautiful analogy with the company's image. it means that everything inside the store is made of precious wood, expensive leather and all together forms an atmosphere of intimacy.

The CEO of Vacheron Constantin stated that this boutique is another step in the international expansion of the brand. Since the company has always been a traveler he is very pleased with the fact that the oldest Swiss watch brand have opened its store in a beautiful city of Dubai. The main goal of the company thus is the expansion of the spirit of Vacheron Constantin which was formed during 250 years.

The beautiful and exclusive timepieces of the famous Swiss brand today can be fund in about eighty countries worldwide. The boutique in Dubai represents the continuation of relations between Vacheron Constantin and the Middle East. These relations have their roots back in 1863 and there are marked by the historical works of art which were made for some famous representatives of this region.

An example is King Faud 1 of Egypt. The Swiss community ordered for the king a grand complication back in 1927. Another example is King Farouk of Egypt for whom the company designed a very grand complication in 1934. The list continues with other remarkable persons and reigning families as well as great leaders like Ibn Saud – the king of Saudi Arabia.

During one year Vacheron Constantin was able to double the number of its stores worldwide. This is because only in Asia the company was able to open seven new boutiques. The story of the brand continues.
